DongNi Rehabilitation Training:
The Origins, Development, and
Future Outlook of the Founder
DongNi Rehabilitation Training was founded by DongNi, who combined the principles of traditional Chinese martial arts with modern rehabilitation techniques to improve both physical and mental health for athletes and the public. DongNi grew up learning martial arts and won gold medals in wrestling and combat sports at the Youth National Games and Asian Games. He later graduated from Shanghai University of Sport, specializing on sports education and philosophy. Through his travels around the world, he learned from experts in traditional medicines, drawing inspiration from traditional natural healing methods and combined these with Western anatomy and clinical rehabilitation to create DongNi’s Rehabilitation Training.
As a rehabilitation consultant at Xi’an Hospital, DongNi has worked on thousands of rehabilitation cases, gaining valuable experience and continually improving his training methods. He combined the musculoskeletal system with energy channels, creating a unique approach called “Tension, Structural, Energy, Phycology” which emphasizes to direct strength with Qi and to maintain by consistent training. In 2023, he introduced the Quintuple Qi Method, which greatly improved the efficiency of scoliosis correction and body structure reshaping.
In the future, DongNi will focus on developing new techniques for even better physical and mental health, helping people achieve graceful postures, strong bodies, and balanced minds. His goal is to make DongNi Rehabilitation Training accessable for everyone in the world and make it synonymous with healthy living, fulfilling the vision of “global pain relief, body and mind cultivation”. He aims to help more people live pain-free lives and enjoy a high- quality life, contributing to a better future for all.
